Our Instructors

The Academy is managed by a Director and team of experienced faculties who between them have more than 60 years of collective experience in Air logistics field.
The Academy was established in 2006 and started conducting DGR training in India since 2007 under the leadership of Mr. Radharamanan Panicker, Chief Instructor and Director of the company. The company has trained more than 1500 personnel from various chemical company, freight forwarders and even airlines and their GSAs in IATA DGR and more than 1000 personnel in IMDG code (Ocean DGR). It is the only Institute that provides DG training in Air and Ocean under the organized format. Our customers as shown above includes all the big names of the chemical industry. Again DGM is the only company in the world that brings the experience and knowledge of handling the dangerous goods in real life, to the classroom. Currently DGM India has been appointed as the Technical consultant for developing and implementing a Road Transport Driver training in Chemical Security Awareness and Chemical Safety, a massive project, which will change the way the transport industry works.

Mr. Radharamanan Panicker

Mr. Radharamanan Panicker, is the very senior industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in logistics industry with 19 years in air cargo handling business. He was the first to introduce mandatory procedures for acceptance of dangerous goods at Mumbai airport way back in 1996 for KLM Cargo, many of which are still followed. A qualified instructor from IATA, he is also a post graduate management student from XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the foremost management institute in India. He is Nebosh certificate and has done many a certificates courses from IATA in various aspect of Air cargo, including Diploma in Air cargo. He is a prominent speaker at various Chemical Logistics on Dangerous Goods regulations.

Mrs. Radhika Panicker, is the Director of the company for more than 8 years. A post graduate first class first, she recently qualified to be the Instructor having already clocked more than 20 courses till date.

Mr. Nitin Kambli, is an operation manager with the company for more than 10 years now. He is our short courses expert and takes training in CAT 7, 8 and 12. He also a qualified FDI analyst.

Mr. Rajan Umralkar

Instructor
Mr. Rajan Umralkar, Aviation / Airlines Industry veteran with more than 40-year of wholistic experience/expertise in Airport, Cargo, DGR, Ground Handling etc., retired from Air India. In Air India, he has garnered his experience and expertise by working at various operational and administrative job roles. Mr. Umralkar has served on International Assignments as Country Head in China and in Scandinavia i.e. Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. He has been Faculty with Air India staff college, a premier division in Commercial Training as Instructor, Certified by IATA and Approved by DGCA in Training of DG Regulations. After his superannuation he is still active in delivering training to gen-next through his involvement with many business schools as visiting faculty . During his current stint he has value added to his credentials wherein he is now a Govt. of India Certified Master trainer (NSDC/MEPSC) and GOI Lead Assessor (NSDC.MEPSC).
